1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by BCM Repair. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Services

BCM Repair provides diagnostic, repair, and testing services for automotive electronic modules. All services are carried out based on the information provided by the customer.

3. No Fix, No Fee

If we are unable to repair your module, no labour charge will apply. However, return postage fees may still be charged.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the module is correctly removed and packaged

  • Providing accurate fault descriptions

  • Including contact details with the unit

We are not responsible for damage caused during removal or refitting.

5. Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to parts availability or workload.

6. Warranty

  • Repairs include a limited warranty (e.g. 6–12 months) covering the repaired fault only

  • Warranty does not cover:

    • Water damage after repair

    • Physical damage

    • Incorrect installation

    • Other unrelated faults

7. Liability

BCM Repair shall not be held liable for:

  • Vehicle downtime or loss of use

  • Additional repair costs

  • Loss of earnings

  • Any indirect or consequential losses

Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the repair service provided.

8. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required before return of the unit

  • We reserve the right to retain goods until payment is received

9. Uncollected Items

Items not paid for or claimed within 60 days may be disposed of or resold to recover costs.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
